1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Repetix ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Repetix is a subscription tracking service that helps you manage and monitor your recurring payments and subscriptions. Our service allows you to:

• Track unlimited subscriptions (Pro plan)
• Monitor subscription costs and billing cycles
• Receive notifications about upcoming payments
• Analyze your subscription spending patterns

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans

Repetix offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Track up to 2 subscriptions at no cost
• Pro Plan: $4.99/month for unlimited subscription tracking and premium features

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated scripts to collect information from or interact with the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Van Moose and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Van Moose, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
