• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Tier

• Up to 5 subscriptions
• Basic features and notifications
• No credit card required

Premium Plans

• 14-day free trial for all new users
• Standard Plan: $5/month or $48/year
• Premium Plan: $9/month or $96/year
• Automatic billing unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime with immediate effect

Billing Terms

• All fees are in US Dollars ($) and exclude applicable taxes
• Billing cycles are monthly or annual as selected
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Repetix to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the service's normal operation
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We provide:

• 99.9% uptime SLA for Premium users
• Email support for all users
• Priority support for Premium subscribers
• Regular maintenance notifications
• Status updates during outages

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings
• By Us: For violation of these terms, with 30 days notice for other reasons

Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease immediately, but your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for recovery.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Repetix is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss or service interruptions
• Third-party subscription service changes
• Financial decisions based on our analytics

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
